I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the outstanding customer service and immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, and I was especially impressed by the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. However, while the location was great for skiing, I found that some of the innovative activities could have been better promoted. Overall, it was a lovely experience with a few minor areas for improvement.
